Settlement & balances
NetPay keeps your money in separate balances so you always know what you can spend. Successful payins settle the day after they were paid (T+1).
Your balances

| Pending | Net amounts of successful payins that are not claimed yet. |
| Available | What you can pay out or withdraw. |
| Frozen | Amounts held for payouts and withdrawals that are in flight. |

Claiming
Wait one day
A successful payin becomes claimable 24 hours after it was paid.
Submit a claim
On Claim Settlement, claim everything or pick orders, to your NetPay wallet or straight to your bank account.
We approve it
Each claim is checked against what the processor has settled, then approved. Wallet claims move to Available; bank claims are sent as a payout.
Ask us to switch on automatic daily claims for your account.
Deposits and withdrawals
Top up your wallet by bank transfer for payouts (submit the reference and proof on Deposit / Withdraw), or withdraw your available balance to a verified bank account. Every request and every movement of every balance is on your Transactions page.
